With B-Vitamins that contribute to the reduction of tiredness & fatigue throughout the day, Applied Nutrition's fat burning shred-x powder will eliminate exhaustion. Some key ingredients include L-carnitine, choline, L-tyrosine, caffeine and vitamin B12.

Directions For Use:
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 150-250ml of water and shake well. We recommend ingesting 5-10 minutes before exercising.

If consumed often, your caffeine tolerance will increase therefore decreasing the effectiveness of the stimulant.
