Biography

My Name is Connor, and I started my fitness journey back in the 2020 coronavirus lockdown. I had been contemplating my weight/lifestyle and realised that I needed to change or else I’m not going to live a life to enjoy. I studied business in college, and now work as a sales advisor. I go to the gym approximately 5 days a week and am trying to change my lifestyle for the best!
