Biography
Born in the South wales valleys, played Rugby and boxed for most of my younger years until i joined the Royal Navy at 19 years old. where i represented the Under 23 squad. Once I left the navy I lost motivation for fitness and had no direction until I had my own children and wanted them to grow up in a household where fitness was a big part of our lives. That's when I found my passion for the gym again and in particular bodybuilding.
